You can set it up so that a screenshot automatically opens in it's Image Editor after being take, where you can apply blur or pixelate effects, draw arrows, add numbered.

My best Tyra kills I can recommend ShareX for this purpose - it's one of the most advanced tools designed specifically for taking pictures of what your computer displays, including full screenshots and region shots, and even screen recording into videos or gifs.
